1 lb. Green beans, rinsed and trimmed
2 cloves Garlic, diced
1/2 inch knob of Ginger, sliced thin
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and 1 tbsp Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread. Cook, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant (2-3 minutes).
Add green beans to skillet and turn heat to high. Sautée, tossing every 30 seconds or so, until bright green and beginning to blacken in spots.
Add soy sauce and remaining Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread to skillet. Toss several times to coat, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
