Green Beans


  • 1 lb. Green beans, rinsed and trimmed

  • 2 cloves Garlic, diced

  • 1/2 inch knob of Ginger, sliced thin

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 3 tbsp Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and 1 tbsp Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread. Cook, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant (2-3 minutes).

  • Add green beans to skillet and turn heat to high. Sautée, tossing every 30 seconds or so, until bright green and beginning to blacken in spots.

  • Add soy sauce and remaining Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread to skillet. Toss several times to coat, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
