2 large Radishes (we used one Black Radish and one China Rose Radish)
1-2 tbsp. Gordy’s Cherry Pepper Spread (to taste)
1 tbsp. Butter
Sea Salt + White Pepper, to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Slice radishes into wheels, then transfer to a small baking dish. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add sea salt to taste.
Roast 25-35 minutes, turning with a spatula halfway through. Remove from oven.
Transfer warm radishes to a small bowl, and toss with butter, Cherry Pepper Spread, and sea salt + white pepper, to taste.
